WE DO NOT TORTURE AT HOME NOR ABROAD

Crime is crime whether, committed by someone in uniform or someone off the street or someone in their home, the homes of others, hospitals, nursing homes, State Houses, Courts, Police Depts. or anywhere else. They are human beings that also must be held accountable for their actions.

IT TAKES A VILLIAGE TO RAISE A CHILD!!!

 

PA Prison officials and Guards who abuse and deprive prisoners handcuffed, in a small cage, and who are just trying to serve their time without incident, are not worth the "Respect" that we were all taught to give people in uniform. These officials and guards are punks, no better than men and women off the streets who commit crimes.



Anyone who tolerates this kind of abuse is no different. Individuals who voted for the Death Penalty around the country, should remember that they too, are "Murderers", since there has been such a large population of innocent men and women, executed.

NO ONE IS FREE FROM SIN

IT'S TIME THAT EVERYONE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE- NOT JUST THE LESS FORTUNATE

A young man due to be released and hoping to be reunited with his sister, to start their own business. What happened to Joe? Letters written home to his family, informing them that he was being deprived of his needed medication, for his illness. Informing his family that they were trying to kill him. Pleading for someone to help. What went wrong?  How did this young man end up dead? Was it really suicide? Or was Joseph Murdered, while being held in solitary confinement, on bogas misconducts and while being abused and deprived by prison staff?

Since when does man have the right to play God?  The men, women and youth, incarcerated for taking a life, may have done so, while being on drugs or experiencing severe depression or being mentally retarded. In any case, they are serving an unrealistic sentence, as it is, in cages. When these individuals are already serving harsh sentences and have lost all God Given rights, due to man's, self-made judgement and sentencing, they should not have to be subjected to the cruel and abusive treatments, inflicted upon them by sick, cold hearted, barbaric prison officials and guards, who find enjoyment from torturing, depriving and murdering these individuals.

PA DOC - Attorney General's Office- Governor- Where's the Accountability? Where is the Justice???

This is not including the attempted suicides & suspicious and unknown deaths in Pennsylvania Prisons

Bogus misconduct/incident reports/ Leading to ongoing confinement in the hole and constant harassment.
Illegal Mail Tampering/Destruction/ Including Legal Mail from Lawyer/s being torn, taken & flushed down toilets.
Food Deprivation/Tampering/ Resulting in inmates inability to eat or lack of appropriate food portions.
Physical Abuses/Inappropriate touching of private Genitals/Embarrassments/Provocations.
Unnecessary/Intrusive & Abusive Strip Searches resulting in prisoner/s being kept naked for long periods of time.
Racist Comments/Slurs to prisoners of color.
Unnecessary 24/7 lights on without allowing inmate/s to cover their head and 15 minutes flashlight checks.
Unnecessary Cell Extractions resulting in Pepper Sprays/Maze causing breathing problems for entire block.
Unnecessary destruction of inmate/s cells following cell searches
Prisoners being shifted around recently, from prison to prison in order to confuse those questioning abuses.
Prisoners being sent to Mental Health Units, resulting from their attempts to file law suits, due to the abuses.
Lack of accountability to those DOC employees who have begun taking pleasure in abusing prisoners because
no one has taken the initiative to meet with prisoners in SHU, RHU, AC.

Harold Wilson - 17 years on Death Row - Exonerated, but not recompensated

Where is the Justice? An innocent man, seventeen years on Death Row, finally freed, through DNA and where is the Justice?  Something is wrong....This man's youth is gone. His life has passed by him. He's free....but the world has changed since he was sentenced for a crime he DID NOT commit. Where's the support? Where are those jury members, who found it in their hearts to judge an innocent man? Where is the Judge, who was so quick to sentence this man to Death? Where are the Lawyers, licensed to represent the accused? Where are the members of society, so quick to condemn a prisoner, of which they now know was innocent, from the onset? Where is the support this man deserves? Where are the so-called righteous members of society who should step up to the plate and help this man, get something back for his wrongful conviction and time on Death Row.  Where is the Justice???
