Inmates in PA prisons, have filed hundreds of lawsuits against prison officials and staff, for prison abuses, deprivations, bogas misconducts written up on prisoners to keep them in solitary confinement, tampering with and destruction of, mail, legal documents and other personal belongings.
Many of these prisoners were transferred to other prisons, out of state and to SMU (Special Management Units) and other Mental Health Units, where they have been over medicated in order to prevent the prisoners, from following through with the suits, which would otherwise, be heard and won.
These prisoners continue to be abused, drugged and deprived. These individuals continue to seek help from the outside, to no avail. Many prisoners have reverted to suicides, because they could no longer cope with the abuses. Many have been alleged to commit suicide/s when in fact, the families have letters, proving otherwise.
When do the Government Leaders, sworn to serve and protect all citizens of the country, step up to the plate and stop these atrocities involving the death of humans, already serving their sentences for their offense?
